Huffington Post x Sir & Madame…
Filed Under Uncategorized | 1 Comment

Nothing is better than waking up and seeing some great Sir & Madame press, and this Huffington Post article definitely does not disappoint! Yesterday, Sir & Madame had the privilege of being featured in the Huffington Post’s style section in an article titled, “The World’s Best Merchandisers & America’s Close Second(s).” Don’t let the title mislead you, it is no secret that America is playing catch up to the fashion world in Japan, however the race is becoming more competitive as of lately. American brands and retailers are referring back to caring about the quality of the product and focusing on customer satisfaction. This is exactly the experience we strive to bring our customers here at Sir & Madame. We pride ourselves on great quality product and excellent customer service. Check out the full article at here at Huffington Post, and let us know what you think!

Sir & Madame x Asia Dee Part II
Filed Under Uncategorized | Leave a Comment
As promised here are some more pics from our photshoot last month with model extrodinaire Asia Dee. Posting this reminds me of how much of great time we had on that frigid day in December shooting Asia Dee and our new Sir & Madame Ilya capes. This go round we featured the Herringbone tweed cape. The best feature of this piece to me is that due to the light weight of fabric, this cape can double as a poncho or shirt for that matter. As seen in the pictures above and below, we simply paired the cape with the “Madame” tank which definitely works as something you could wear all day; functional fashion. This is definitely the perfect weather for a cape because it is less fussy then a traditional coat and more comfortable if you choose to add layers. Both Ilya capes, the Herringbone Tweed and the Hunter Green wool are available in store or on our online showroom. Stay tuned for more Sir & Madame product updates soon.

That honor means a lot to us here at Sir & Madame. We strive hard to bring our customers the best product from the Brooklyn Circus, Creep, LVC, and of course our private label Sir & Madame. We pride ourselves on providing quality garments that fits the aesthetic of not only our store and brand but most importantly you all the customers. Our journey still continues to further establishing ourselves in the US and international markets and not to sound to cliche but the best is definitely sure to come.

3Sixteen: All in the Details…
Over the past two or so years since we became a distinguished stockist of 3Sixteen, our love for the brand has grown a little bit more with each recurring season. I think we’ve narrowed the reasons for our 3Sixteen affinity to two main things: a) It is brands like 3Sixteen that, in the past few years, have given guys an excuse to be openly particular about each and every detail of the clothes that they wear/buy–and feel totally comfortable with looking good (in the most completely manly way, of course). b) 3Sixteen is a brand truly dedicated to being certain that every detail related to the brand–including but not limited to the product offering–is nothing less than perfect.
Take 3Sixteen’s indigo selvedge denim which, rather than being sourced from bolts of denim fabric, is woven expressly for 3Sixteen in Okayama, Japan. 3Sixteen’s flagship model, the SL-100x comes sturdy, weighing 14.5 oz; and like all great jeans, the denim is raw, leaving the wearer to leave his signature “maker’s mark” on any pair that he chooses. Shop 3Sixteen in store at Sir & Madame, 938 N. Damen Avenue or here in our Online Showroom
*3Sixteen’s custom leather patch, provided by Tanner Goods
*Custom Gunmetal rivets to reinforce the heavy stress points (these guys are something serious!)
*The Chain-stitched hem- A chain stitch is a stitching process that is recognized by two threads locking together (yup, sort of like a chain). This creates a stitch with supreme strength and flexibility. Most commonly found on vintage jeans, each pair of 3Sixteen jeans is guaranteed to be equipped with a chain stitched hem.
