RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All returns must be authorized by phone (773-489-6660) or email (email@example.com). ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Shoes must appear unworn and in the box. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Eyewear and Jewelry is non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Sir & Madame LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
All cancellations and changes to your order must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order is processed and shipped no cancellations or changes can be made.
